Project Template

What I’m looking for is the ability to create a master project template that includes all our standard tasks, timelines, and processes for each phase (client onboarding, concept design, selections, ordering, delivery, etc.). Ideally, we’d be able to duplicate this template for every new project, so our entire workflow is pre-loaded and ready to go—saving us time and ensuring consistency across all projects.

Having this functionality would allow us to:

• Standardize our process and improve team efficiency

• Reduce setup time per project

• Assign roles/tasks faster

• Maintain quality control at each project phase
