Combine Quotes into a Final Invoice

I often create quotes for multi-room projects per room, and then would like to combine them all into one invoice for my client's final payment.

Shipping as % of Purchase Cost

Good Day! It would be great to be able to calculate shipping at a percent % of the subtotal of items. And the same way you can select all items to Tax, you could select all items to calculate the % of shipping cost and have the total shipping appear at the bottom of the invoice the same way tax does. Duplicate an Entire Project / Save a Project as a Template

This post consolidates 14 separate requests (2022–2026) asking for the same capability. Votes from the merged posts have been carried over. The request: let us duplicate an entire project in one click — all design boards (in their original order), folders, attachments and documents, tasks, and questionnaires — or save any project as a reusable template that new projects can be started from. Duplicating boards one at a time is today's only workaround, and for a full project it takes hours of pure admin work. Who needs it and why: Studios with a standardized process — many of us run every client through the same structure: the same set of design boards, the same client handouts staged as hidden attachments, the same task list. Rebuilding that scaffolding for every new client is daily, repeated admin time. "We would honestly use the duplicate project feature every single day! It would cut down our admin time significantly." Designers doing repeat/multi-unit work — builder model homes, new-construction material selections, and short-term rental properties are near-identical projects in volume. We need to replicate a master project (boards, standard product lists, specs) and adjust the details, instead of recreating each slide individually. Versioning and safe revisions — duplicating a project preserves the original presentation exactly as delivered while we revise the copy for the next round. Scope notes from the merged threads: Design boards, folders, attachments, tasks, and questionnaires should carry over. Nobody asked for quotes, invoices, or POs to be copied into the new project. Duplicated boards/designs must default to hidden from the client — templates and duplicates are working material, not deliverables. Board order and folder structure should be preserved in the copy. Improve Success Rate for Clipping Images

Programa has a new feature that brings in all product details just by adding the URL link. There are several times I avoid adding stuff I like just because the clipper is cumbersome for that vendor or for custom items. This would be a tremendous evolution on both the creative side and admin side.

Elevation Drawings

Order Tracker > Create a client view to allow them to keep track of orders

Hi, it would be really helpful to be able to share the tracker with clients. In the same way you can toggle on and off what you share with clients on the quotes and such, or if it can be downloaded into a pdf at least to share. This way I can share purchased items with clients.

Spec Sheets > Allow for adding paint color swatches to the spec sheets

I need to provide paint contractors specifications too! I discovered that only non-paint products are included in the spec sheets and paint colors from the PAINT LIBRARY are NOT included. A workaround is to manually add paint colors to MY LIBRARY, however, this is time-consuming. Please consider adding PAINT LIBRARY colors to the spec sheets.

Project Folders (Design Board Grouping)

It would be very nice if we could put our designs into separate folders so that we could organize our projects better and would not have to scroll through many, many boards to find the one we're looking for. It would also be nice if we could save other items within folders, such as photos or architectural plans, spec sheets, etc. and not just the designs.

Moodboard > Create design element library for housing all non-product images

theres no way of uploading items needed for your moodboards ie lines, logos etc without it them being uploaded as products. this needs to change other thing is that we want to be able to put these files that will be resued in a folder so the product list isnt long. it takes for ever to look for them.

Order Tracker > Add Products to Tracker from Quote/Invoice/Design Board (not just POs)

Auto-Send a Thank You for Payment

It would be helpful/polite for clients to receive an automatic Thank You when they pay an invoice/retainer. Thanks!

Client Signatures on Quotes

Instead of only having an "approve quote" box to select, legally we really need a signature field that shows that the client agrees to the proposed items. They can easily argue that they didn't click the "approve" button and without a signature, the approval doesn't hold much weight. Thanks!
