Good Day! It would be great to be able to calculate shipping at a percent % of the subtotal of items. And the same way you can select all items to Tax, you could select all items to calculate the % of shipping cost and have the total shipping appear at the bottom of the invoice the same way tax does. Instead of only having an "approve quote" box to select, legally we really need a signature field that shows that the client agrees to the proposed items. They can easily argue that they didn't click the "approve" button and without a signature, the approval doesn't hold much weight. Thanks!

Should default to Magic Remover for pro accounts, not the simple remover, which does not work as well. I have to click multiple times for every single item I drop in which nearly defeats the purpose of the feature’s convenience. Why doesn’t it default to the Magic Remover automatically? It works so much better and I would not have to click and change it every single time if this feature was adjusted. Seems like a simple coding change.

Hi, right now the contract can be uploaded only in text format. Our contract contains table and these get messed up when uploaded to the contract field. It would be usefull to have a formatting option or the option to upload and sign pdf formats of the contract. Thank you

Programa has a new feature that brings in all product details just by adding the URL link. There are several times I avoid adding stuff I like just because the clipper is cumbersome for that vendor or for custom items. This would be a tremendous evolution on both the creative side and admin side.

Hi, it would be really helpful to be able to share the tracker with clients. In the same way you can toggle on and off what you share with clients on the quotes and such, or if it can be downloaded into a pdf at least to share. This way I can share purchased items with clients.

I need to provide paint contractors specifications too! I discovered that only non-paint products are included in the spec sheets and paint colors from the PAINT LIBRARY are NOT included. A workaround is to manually add paint colors to MY LIBRARY, however, this is time-consuming. Please consider adding PAINT LIBRARY colors to the spec sheets.

theres no way of uploading items needed for your moodboards ie lines, logos etc without it them being uploaded as products. this needs to changeother thing is that we want to be able to put these files that will be resued in a folder so the product list isnt long. it takes for ever to look for them.

It would be very nice if we could put our designs into separate folders so that we could organize our projects better and would not have to scroll through many, many boards to find the one we're looking for. It would also be nice if we could save other items within folders, such as photos or architectural plans, spec sheets, etc. and not just the designs.

To be able to copy/paste from one board to the next would be a HUGE time saver!!! I work in .AI, Photoshop, Sketchup and use copy/paste often. At the moment I have one design in sketch up but am looking to pull certain elements from other boards. Unfortunately it's taken me an hour to do this where copy/paste would have take 5 seconds. ALSO being able to undo work multiple times instead of just once would be another huge time saver. I like this program but find myself redoing work time and time again because it's lacking these features. ALSO- if there would be a feature to tweak colors I wouldn't have to bring images in and out of photoshop to adjust slightly. Improvements are needed desperately!
