Agreed- it would be so helpful. It is difficult to drag and drop items throughout a quote when you are dealing with entire house quote with lots of rooms. It would be much easier to have one quote per room, then combine approved items in quotes into one single invoice for a single payment.

This would be incredibly helpful! For some of my larger commercial projects I sometimes have 15 different quotes with hundreds of items and it’s painful to have to send so many invoices to clients but as Robin mentioned below I am fearful of creating an error if I have to go through and manually add it all over again. This would be an absolute game changer!

Totally agree with this. I get feedback from clients that they received multiple invoices and would just like a total. Or they get confused when trying to open the invoices.
This would also be nice if you had something that was added to the project that needed to be quoted and approved first to be able to then added it to the invoice your client has already been making payment on.
When they do this though they should make a feature in the invoices where you can show when a new room section starts.

This is so needed! We quote by room and clients get frustrated when having to pay multiple invoices. It would be nice to be able to merge all room quotes into one invoice. Pleeeeeeeeaaaaaaase!!!!!

Pleasssseeeeee, we need this! Oftentimes we are generating multiple quotes, and I worry about dropping details (not to mention the time to RE-enter data) when creating the client’s invoice.
