Add a signature field at the bottom of Quotes

Instead of only having an "approve quote" box to select, legally we really need a signature field that shows that the client agrees to the proposed items. They can easily argue that they didn't click the "approve" button and without a signature, the approval doesn't hold much weight. Thanks!
