Shipping as % of Purchase Cost

Good Day! It would be great to be able to calculate shipping at a percent % of the subtotal of items. And the same way you can select all items to Tax, you could select all items to calculate the % of shipping cost and have the total shipping appear at the bottom of the invoice the same way tax does.
