Moodboard > Create design element library for housing all non-product images

theres no way of uploading items needed for your moodboards ie lines, logos etc without it them being uploaded as products. this needs to change

other thing is that we want to be able to put these files that will be resued in a folder so the product list isnt long. it takes for ever to look for them.
