2 Emails to Clients is an issue - 1 for invoice payment and 1 for instant access for example

We like the idea of instant access for the clients, however they are getting 2 emails when we send them something. For example, we send the invoice to them they are getting one email for the invoice and one with the instant access link. Another example is they get the payment receipt and the instant access link email. This is VERY confusing to the client. In addition, AGAIN there was NO advance notice to a feature that affects our interaction with the client. I don’t understand why you can’t give us advance notice to features with details on how they work. just releasing things along with a little video isn’t idea.
