3D Planner lag, freezing issues, white screen

Hi all, I upgraded my plan last week as I landed a large job and it was perfect timing. However, I've had the worst time with the software! I don't know what happened, but I've never had so much lag and freezing issues on the 3D planner before. I've chatted with Jermaine several times, went through some troubleshooting with him, cleared my cache, browsing, etc. But nothing has helped. It's really dragging me down time wise. Any other ideas? Please help!
