Clipper Issue
Hi! When I want to use the “screenshot” clipper, most of the time when I capture the entire image, only about ¼ of the image shows in the photo. This happens all the time.
QBO Syncing Error
We need to lock the past in QBO to prevent mistakes and we locked 2025 now and sycning started to fail. When we unlock and try it opens again but this issue needs to be fixed. All invoices that are failied to sync are 2026 dates and we have to to lock past dates eventually. this is a very very important bug to fix.
Background Remover CHANGING furniture
I encountered a bizarre thing the other day when I was removing the background from a sofa. The background remover altered the couch from a long 3 seater to an entirely different loveseat. A basic background remover should not have the ability to do this, so is it an ai running that?
Clipper reload?
The Clipper doesnt works. I got this information: Somthing is preventing the Clipper from loading properly, please reload it. i need fast help, because i need the clipper for my work. thanx, Denise
Blurry Logo
My logo shows up blurry on every invoice I send, and I feel this looks sloppy and unprofessional. I really think this needs to be looked at by the DesignFiles team. Branding and professionalism is paramount in this business.
Changing Project Status and Project Disappeared
I updated my project status from the main Overview tab to “in purchasing” and the next time I when to my main projects interface it was just gone. It wasn’t moved to another column I just couldn’t see it on the dashboard anywhere. I had to go notifications and find one from that project to get back into it. Once I changed the status back to “in progress” it showed up again.
Task List Ordering
When the tasks are numbered the system does not order them by whole number. For example the system order is: 1, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 2, 3, 4 etc
Bug when naming files in the Render Studio
When naming your render, the ability to add spaces between words and/or characters is gone. We used to be able to have that function. Everything gets smooshed together. Is anyone else experiencing this? See a screen capture. Thanks!
Product Clipper
Trying to capture additional images with the picker and additional screen shot. The screenshot isn’t working right. The picture it captures ends up being only part of the screenshot or zoomed. It would be great if the clipper captured every picture of the product for you automatically then you can delete the ones that you don’t need. I used to use Programma and I loved their clipper. It was a lot better at capturing all the information of a product automatically and less for me to have to click or input manually.

Good afternoon! I have made a task list on Friday I can no longer find. Can I email that task list copy so it can be looked into further?
new products in edit mode
while in edit mode its not allowing me to add new products or assets to a design board
Floorplan view screen is blank
I’ve spoken with a few representatives trying to fix this but no luck. Have confirmed that it’s not my computer/graphics card/memory. I cannot see the floorplan on the view screen, only in edit mode, which means that my clients cannot view it either. I’ve heard of several other people with this same issue on the facebook group. Please fix asap as I have several clients who need to see the floorplans.
Deleting Purchase Order bounces me back to All Invoices
Under the financials, I selected PO and deleted one. At that point, it brings me back to the All Invoices list. I’d like to stay within the PO list to look at more PO’s.
Questionnaire 'Which rooms are on your to-do list?' Prompt
It would be nice if you could make this prompt a multiple-choice selection, rather than just one. The icons for each room are a great feature, but it doesn’t allow the user to select more than one.
Editing New Text Box
Being able to edit the text within the text is great but you have to highlight the text to change any formatting, which is time-consuming and clunky. Please fix this!
product list bug
does not allow me to change a photo on the product lists. sometimes the clipping photo feature does not work and I have to upload a screenshot- but the “primary” photo can not be updated on the list. It looks unprofessional.
Changing Item Name doesn't transfer to quote
Hello - If I change the item name within a project (within a design), the name change does not go through to the quote / invoice / PO. This is very frustrating. Thanks!
