I’ve spoken with a few representatives trying to fix this but no luck. Have confirmed that it’s not my computer/graphics card/memory. I cannot see the floorplan on the view screen, only in edit mode, which means that my clients cannot view it either. I’ve heard of several other people with this same issue on the facebook group. Please fix asap as I have several clients who need to see the floorplans.
