Ability to edit the field that says "Related To" in Attachments.

Oftentimes I am sent PDFs from architects, builders, clients or vendors—and everyone labels them differently. If I could access the “Related To” field (or a different one) to label my attachments, it would save me a lot of hassle when I have a lot of different documents to scour through to find what I am looking for.

Here’s what happens to me, “Hmmm…. is this that quote for a custom accent chair or a set of site plans?” Click, “Nope.”. Click, “Argh, not this one either.”
