Ability to remove shipping from proposals/quotes
We charge a fee that includes shipping as well as our receiving and delivery fees, so we don’t need the shipping listed on the bottom of the quote. Ideally we could customize the visible fields on a proposal/quoate/invoice.

Static Shipping line on quotes be able to toggle off.
There are too many times that we don't know shipping costs up front. There for we do not typically quote it on our quotes. I'd like to be able to just toggle off the shipping line rather than it say $.0.00 and then have to explain to the client that shipping is not Free that we just don't know if yet.
