Add ability to create a report of hours tracked- Invoiced vs uncollected

It would be very helpful to have the ability to create a report for total hours tracked and see those hours that have been invoice already and those still outstanding. For example: if I have 150 hours total tracked for a project, I would like to be able to create a report that shows me 105 hours have been invoiced leaving 45 hours outstanding to be invoiced.
