Add ability to have taxable and non taxable items in the same PO

When creating POs I sometimes have a combination of products and services - example drapery and installation. Both are from the same vendor but one is taxed and one is not. DF only gives the option include tax on the entire PO not on a specific line item. It would helpful to be able to include tax per line item in POs just like when creating invoices.
