Add Acknowledgement Button

I'd like to request the addition of an "Acknowledged" button in the tracker status in between "Submitted" and "Paid." Right now, after I submit an order, I have to track acknowledgements received elsewhere and would love to have this all in one place in DF. I need to be able to see if the vendor has submitted the ACK or not, so I know who I need to follow up with. This is a huge step in the process, especially since there can be weeks in between the time an order is actually submitted and then Paid, since they don't charge me until the item is about to ship.
