Add cm:mm unit option to metric floor plan dimension

Having the option to use cm:mm instead/as well as m:cm within metric measurement scale for floor plans would be helpful. I believe this is standard unit of measurement in UK, and allows for easier drawing of accurate plans & more precision in planning spaces.
