Collaborate with another DF user without a charge

It would be nice to add and collaborate with other DF users on projects without having to add them to our team and pay the extra monthly fee. I know of several other users/virtal design assistants who have their own accounts, but we cannot collab on projects without having to use another email and be added to their team.
