Add Grid Column Filters for easy searching

Could you please add filters on your UI grids? Particularly on the invoices and POs pages (but really for every grid you have). For larger jobs I have a lot of invoices and POs, but it's time consuming to have to scroll and go page by page to find the one I need to edit, update, etc. If you add a filter to the description I could, for example, type in "Tile" and whatever invoice/PO has the word or iteration "Tile" in it, it would pop up. This would be a game changer! Thank you!
