Add mark up as a $ amount instead of %

Can you make it so the mark up can be entered as a DOLLAR amount OR a percentage?

Before DF, I always manually entered the dollar amount for mark up incase I was trying to reach a certain budget and not having that option is creating a lot more math!

    It would be nice to have the option of doing both, like a drop down to choose between the two, but I love the idea of it being entered as a dollar amount!

    I also would like the option to add sales tax to mark up only. Sometimes I pay sales tax to a vendor and only need to charge sales tax on the mark up and not the total cost of the item.
