Add picture to survey templates?

Hello, I have been using the new templates feature for lots of things, thanks it’s a great addtion! Wondering if you all could add the ability to add photos to the templates, that are not selections/answers? We would love to be able to have a photo of our team at the beginning of our survey. Thanks!
