Add Spec Sheet Project Name + Description to Text (and Emails)

I have multiple spec sheets per project sometimes. When I text the spec sheet to my contractor, there is no description that lets my contractor know which spec sheet they are looking at in the thumbnail link. I would like that the project name + description is listed in the text OR email, so that the contractor knows which specific spec sheet this is for. For emails, the project name is listed, however adding the description along with project name would be helpful. I most often send texts to my contractors as that is how they prefer it. But the text thumbnail is generic. (see image)
