Add Tabel Function to Questionnaire.

We would like to have a feature to allow a client to open a table within a questionnaire where they could fill out selection choices for each bathroom in their home. Right side of table would list Bathroom 1, 2, 3, 4 etc. Top Rows would be Bathroom Type, Ceiling height, flooring choice, vanity preference etc.
