Allow Clients To Pay Quotes and Not Just Invoices

It would be wonderful to have the option to allow clients to pay toward quotes and not just invoices. For our workflow, we like to collect payments on quotes and convert them to invoices and the end of the project once all of the items are installaed. At that point, we reconcile any unpaid items on the final invoice such as increases in freight, etc. It would make collecting payments from clients much smoother as the project goes along. Currently, we have to collect furniture retainers and keep track of them and then apply them to invoices at the end of the project. The process is a little bit clunky for both the design firm and the client.
