It would be extremely helpful if an automated response email could be sent to clients immediately after they complete the design questionnaire. or after we approve the project. The email should thank them for completing the questionnaire and confirm that their responses have been received. Currently, I need to send a separate email to let clients know their questionnaire was received, which adds an extra step to the process.
Here is a suggested template for the automated response email:
Subject: Thank You for Completing the Design Questionnaire
Hi [Client's Name],
Thank you for taking the time to complete our design questionnaire. We have received your responses and appreciate the valuable information you have provided. This will help us tailor our design process to meet your specific needs and preferences.
