BUGS: Sync with QBO fails a lot!

I get a lot of glitches with the syncing. Current issue is that my invoices sit in Financials un-sync'd because ''account period has closed and cannot be updated in QB'' The close the books feature in QB is related to not being to post entries PRIOR to a certain date. My QB close date is set to 12/31/2020.
Why is that having that impacting invoices from 2022 ?
