Categories in Contacts

Want to categorize Vendors (Builders, Architects, Subs, Products) and create custom categories and sub categories for vendors (Products - Wallpaper, Products - Lighting, Installer - Window Treatments, Installer - Wallpaper) etc. This would be VERY helpful when searching for categories of vendors OR to export to email all architects / builders at once!
