Client Access Communication

My clients do not know how to access their files on their own, especially with the new “instant access” phrase in the emails. Easy fix: on the CLIENT LOGIN PAGE, clients should be directed to save the website address and their login information, so they may access their account/files/whatever at any time. This could be a simple “You may access your files at any time using this web address and your log in information.” Or “please save this website and your log in information in order to access your files at any time” or something like that.

Also, when an email is sent, change the “Instant access no password needed” phrase to “Click this link to instantly access to your files, or you may log in at your convenience using your email and password” or something like that.
