client experience - streamlined onboard/welcome

I love that I can host a contract on DF, and along with a retainer invoice it’s a good start for a place to onboard. It would be amazing however if I could land them at a more customized experience with a welcome sequence that introduces them to what they need to take care of, how to use the site, etc. For now I have to email the contract on its own and then am following up with an email to make sure they see it (it and other things have been landing in Spam folders, which is its own frustration) and then send the invoice separately (because when I change it out of draft status in order to get a mailable link, it appears to also email them the link… I should be able to just get the link like in other programs!), and THEN I have to alongside all this send an email as well to explain / provide instructions as to the components, which feels piecemeal and messy. A landing page with a client welcome, and clear links to their to-dos, would be wonderful. I think this is why many folks choose to keep using Honeybook or Dubsado, to get this onboarding experience.
