Client Product Tracking

We would love a better way for clients to see a timeline for their project rather than having to go to each individual item and open the details or notes to see specific timing info, and thats only if we've remembered to put a manual note (which we often don't do because our clients complain about getting emails for every little comment / update on timing).

We don't use PO's often as most of our orders are easier submitted online, or through direct communication / emailing with our reps, so the step to make a PO is usually unnecessary for us. It isnt great that the tracker only pulls information from PO's. Not every item gets as PO. We also don't want to have to create "Fake" po's just to get items into a tracker, WHICH THE CLIENT CAN'T SEE ANYWAY!

We'd really like an area in the product info that shows lead time, and order status, which then auto-populates into a calendar or list view for the client to see their whole project, not just by board, so then can gauge better when things will arrive. They can also view this information when looking at a specific item.

Our clients are constantly emailing us asking about timing on individual items, and it gets really overwhelming to have to reference all of these things through our own internal systems. A place to put public tracking would be amazing for our clients and us as well.

Also, this would be a good area to log any claims so that our clients can see when a claim has been submitted, and when it's expected to be resolved.
