Client side of approve and reject

Hi. Recently a client approved and rejected items o her mood board. She said she felt lost and did not know if she had completed everything correctly or what to expect next. Maybe add something to the approve/reject client experience that says - all of you selections have been recorded and expect to hear from your designer for the invoice/next steps or something like that.
