Client Side "Welcome: How to get around" Video

It would be valuable for DesignFiles to provide a standardized client onboarding experience within the Client Portal.

Specifically, we'd love to see DesignFiles create a default "Welcome: How to get around" video that introduces clients to the portal, explains where to find key information, how to communicate with their designer, and what to expect throughout the project.

To make this even more effective:

• Allow designers to upload or embed their own welcome videos if they want to personalize the experience.

• Include a DesignFiles-produced onboarding video by default for every client.

• Automatically play the welcome video the first time a client visits the Client Portal (or after they click through from their first invitation email), with the option to rewatch it later.

This would create a much smoother onboarding experience for clients, reduce confusion and support questions, and help every client get familiar with the platform from day one, regardless of whether their designer creates custom onboarding content.
