Client Tracking

I would like to have the ability to decide what is visible to the client in tracking. Currently it is Ordered/Shipped/Delivered.
I would like the client to be able to see estimated ship date so that we can avoid so much back and forth when delivery dates change and they can just stay up to date in their tracker.
