Comment Response Reminder for Client

We all have clients that, from time to time, do not respond to a comment/question in a timely manner. (in both general comments & under products). Can we implement a reminder that there is a pending question/comment that needs their attention? (There used to be a red button that took care of this, but it is no longer working). Thanks.
