Contracts outside of individual client/in main menu header options

Would also be nice to be able to create contract templates outside of a specific project. At the top of the page where we have projects - products - tasks - contacts - etc. would be a great place to add contracts so we can store various templates there.

Contracts are for before the client is an official project. Should not have to create a client before sending a contract. Should be able to store templates and create contracts as its own activity outside of projects.
