Control over Notifications

The red bell at the top right of the screen: we use it all the time! But it's now obsolete for me as the administrator. If the administrator views the notifications, they do not turn off until the designer over the project views them too. This creates more work for the Administrator. Please allow the notifications to be turned off for the person who views them, once they view them. For example, if the administrator views the notification, it will be turned off for her. But the notification will be left on for the designer until she views it on her end. It used to be this way, and now it isn't. As the administrator, I basically have to ignore the notifications now, which is frustrating, cause I used rely on those to stay on top of client needs!!
