Create a request for quote (RFQ) for vendors

Add products (without prices) to an RFQ (request for quote) to be sent to a vendor that I have added in the system to get them to send me a price quote. Then, turn the RFQ into a final quote (by manually adding in pricing info received from vendor) and then invoice to client.
