Create an option to send an inquiry questionnaire to prospective clients

Would love to have the option to send an inquiry questionnaire to a prospective client. Would prefer for the prospective client to be able to fill the form out without creating a login. This form would be great for discovery calls. If we move them to a client, and onboard them, we will already have some data. If we aren't a good fit, we could still have them in our clients (or maybe a section for potential clients) for future use. This would allow us to keep everything in one place and provide the professionalism of Design Files.
