Create Files within Client's folder

I am working on a couple of projects that are 2 level homes. Right now I have over 56 boards in a clients. I would love to be able to archive the boards that are not in use, while still being able to access if needed by myself and the client. Essentially clean it up so I can easily search and find the boards I need for the current project.
