Create itemized list of project items for Design + Source Only Clients

Good Day!
I would like to request being able to create an itemized list of project items that is sorted by vender similar to the one we get in the Tracker.

Design + Sourcing service clients would benefit from having all the items listed by Vender when making the purchases themselves, the same way we do through creating Purchase Orders. However, the only way we can get a list like this for them, is to create an invoice and then purchase order. (Way too many steps and that makes our Financials data inaccurate.
