Create POs for Flat rate services from Quotes, Invoices, etc

We want the ability to create a PO for ANY line item on an invoice except for time. Services that get invoiced still need to be recorded as an outstanding expense in our opinion. This helps us to keep track of all outstanding expenses associated with the project.

For example if we are installing wallpaper on a project, we typically have a line item for the wallpaper and then a line item for the service of installing the wallpaper. Both are project expenses we will incur and therefore need to have a PO indicating we will owe someone money for that service. This ensures we do not forget we have that as an upcoming expense and can reserve those funds so we’re sure to have them on hand when we need to pay the service provider.
