I would love to have a CRM tool that can track all leads in one centralized system.
Key features that would be incredibly helpful include:
• A dedicated profile for each lead with a place to record detailed notes
• The ability to schedule follow-ups and receive reminders
• Tracking of when each lead was generated and the source of the lead (website, referral, social media, event, etc.)
• A communication log showing how and when the lead was contacted (phone, email, text, meeting, etc.)
• The ability to convert leads into clients while retaining all historical information and notes
• Team collaboration features that allow me to share lead information, notes, and updates with my team members
• Visibility into the current status of each lead and where they are in the sales process
• A dashboard that keeps everything organized and easy to access
Having all of this information in one system would be amazing and would greatly improve organization, communication, and follow-up efficiency for our team.
