Customizing Overview Page

We are looking to customize the "Overview" page in our clients' boards. Is there an easy way to do that? The "needs attention" section isn't what we'd like it to be. Can those bottom squares (that currently say "questionnaire, contracts, and design boards") be changed/customized?
