Default Time Frame for Financials

It would be helpful to be able to choose a specific default time frame for financials. Currently, it defaults to "last 12 months", I would like to be able to select the default to be the current year; so "2023". Now, when I look at reports, I constantly have to toggle from the default of "last 12 months" to "2023".
