Design Board Chat Clarity

I encourage all my clients to communicate with me within the design boards but currently, it lists all communications about everything in one chat. I was recently searching communication about a single chair but had to scroll through to see what I could find. This is brutal for year long+ projects with lots of back and forth on fabrics/finishes/options.

A search feature would be great but also perhaps, a way to categorize or designate chats would be very helpful!

Of note, I’m aware that specific chats can live under certain boards but then they’re also mixed together and it can be very confusing. Clients will often respond in the wrong board or item not knowing that’s the chat they’re in.
