Design Packages

For our business, the current lack of customization on the Design Packages feature renders it totally useless as we absolutely CANNOT have potential clients who are simply viewing our menu of services clicking on a 'Purchase' link yet and moving forward with payment without being properly vetted first. This is the kind of page that you'd want to feature on a website to gain interest in services without commitment yet on either end. That only comes after proper discovery and introduction to them as a client and to their project details. What's more, we only utilize Stripe for payments for goods, NOT design services, as we could never have both flowing to and from the same bank account. Our Stripe account is linked to an entirely different bank than our payments for services to ensure that the two entities remain entirely separate for income tax, sales tax and overall bookkeeping purposes. That was at the recommendation of our accountant who found it a nightmare to have the two linked as we did in years past.

Additionally, Our clients don't utilize DF's questionnaire but rather a Google Form we have been using for years now for the same reason - the questionnaire wasn't customizable enough and therefore not applicable to most of our clientele. It would be ideal to allow designers to redirect the 'Choose Package' link to a location of their own choosing, such as a contact form or questionnaire of their own.

Please consider this valuable feedback since every designer's way of doing business is very different. The option to redirect the Choose Package button to a landing page of our own choice or turn it off completely would be huge!
