Display "Budget vs. Actual" above products

Currently, the budget is not displayed above the products. (There is "Product List", shown above the products. It is sort of a misnomer, but it totals the products for a total spend to date.) Suggest changing to have 2 numbers here: "Products Budget" and "Products Actual". Also, this should be made more prominent: perhaps in a color or bold. Currently, it does not seem very noticeable.
