Draft board toggle or indicator for presentation pdfs

It would be so helpful and speed up the process if there were a toggle to exclude draft boards in the selection panel when making a pdf presentation (instead of relying on my poor memory)  Or, at least adding a visible draft indicator to the boards, even though it would still mean a jillion check/uncheck marks :)
