Draw feature-Mood Boards

I would like to be able to draw in the mood boards. Sometimes I import elevations in and would like to add notes or call out certain areas with a rectangle,circle, etc. Sometimes I need to make areas stand out more and to be able to just draw a line quickly would make things soo much easier.
