Edit the package page

There is no "Select Package" button on this page. The client can only click on "Request a project" or Edit Questionnaire" in order to land on the package page. This is confusing and not customer friendly because neither button correctly relates to choosing a package. Therefore can we edit the wording on one of these buttons to suit the client's needs?
