Email Response (custom) to Questionnaire

I would like to have emails send to clients once they complete the questionnaire- and be able to edit these (not just a blanket confirmation). The questionnaire is the first step in my incoming client process, and I would like to auto-send an email with a link to schedule a call and more information about our design process.
